We notified the front office of the extremely loud motor or pump noice going all night long. Couldn’t sleep through the noise. They were going to look into it and he back with is. No one checked it out. Also, no phone service at all. Not even for emergency purposes, upon checkout we said nobody should be given room 225 due to the noise. They just laughed it off, told us to write to Expedia to complain. Also asked got a copy of our final bill, showing credit for deposit to be refunded, unable to print me one. We were going to book this hotel next month for an even? We won’t ne doing it, and telling our friends not to book it either. Not happy with the front desk people responses.

I came here as a get away from hurricane Milton. The staff were kind, helpful and patient. Answered my questions without snapping at me. Gave me clear instructions. I felt safe.

The worst place I have stayed. The night staff is very racist. The rooms have mold and at around 1am had people knocking on the door to see if you wanted company. Also I watched the night staff check in a minor with a “picture” of her ID on the her phone and a credit card picture on her phone. I didn’t feel comfortable using my credit card for incidentals ñ

Good lower cost motel
We were looking for a place to escape the storm. This was a convenient lower cost place. I did not expect much and little was delivered. Housekeeping was right on top of things. Short drive to beach.
