One of my worst reviews ever
One night stay in preparation for a cruise. Rooms hard to find. They said they were easy but everyone was walking around lost and looking for their room. Terrible bathroom. No towel rack though plenty of wall space for one. Instead there was a towel hook almost at the ceiling. Too high for most to reach. TV channels didn't correspond to the guide. No Foxnews though the card say it was available. Toilet water pressure inadequate to flush toilet paper. Should offer free breakfast and add to room cost. All other comparable hotels do. Blanket too short. Horrible internet. Needs upgrading.

I booked this property for the transfers from airport and to cruise port. Jet Blue delayed the flight 4 times that left us arriving after 1:00am. Staff stayed at hotel until we arrived via taxi. Shuttle to cruise ship went without a hitch. Room was good, but other guests were too loud and kept us awake most of the night. Should have booked a QUIET ROOM

I did not feel safe staying here. It's not in a great area and hallways were dark. Also room had rusty lamp and some sort of strange dirt on the wall in the corner of the room. Bed was comfy though and the airport shuttle was nice.

Dusty, rusty wall lights, dusty bedside table, room phone did not work and front desk said it was because of the construction. Uncomfortable walk from lobby to room. Transportation provided was excellent and well worth every penny. They have snacks and ice in the lobby. They have drink machines in the area of the rooms. Pool looked lovely.
