Cross North Ocean Boulevard to reach North Ocean Park (approximately 600 feet east), where you can access the beach and enjoy a picnic in the balmy South Florida weather. Take in the gorgeous view of the Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse one mile north, spend an afternoon fishing from the Pompano Beach Pier one mile south, or practice your drive at the Pompano Beach Golf Course (one mile inland) and your serve at the city's tennis center (two miles southwest).
