I stayed for three nights. First day in room I called front desk to change my room because it was not clean toilet, counter top, mirror. They Was very prompt and professional. But on the day of check out while getting ready for my flight I see cockroaches running around on my dresser I have video evidence and showed it to front desk and I ask can I speak to a manager about this. It’s been two days and I haven’t received any responses back . I would like a refund.

The room is clean. The towels are soft. The hotel is located close to the airport. The receptionist was very nice and check-in was quick. There was food available in the lobby, which we appreciate it.

Air conditioner wouldnt set or change temperature so it got very uncomfortable overnight. Otherwise its a nice hotel. Parents and other family members enjoyed their rooms
