Checkin was a little spotty including unclear directions regarding where to park. Overall the hotel was lovely. Our room was spacious. I enjoyed the fact that the floors were tile rather than carpet. The pool area was really nice, very classic Miami. Fitness center was adequate. I had thought breakfast was included but it was not. Also staff told me they could not input my Hilton Honors because I had reserved through Expedia which I have not experienced previously.

Great price, wouldn’t stay again

The lobby had a weird odor, I had to park in a parking garage half block away that was confusing because there were signs than said no parking overnight. Also there are homeless folks living in the parking garage so I felt a bit uncomfortable as they stared at me as I left the car for the hotel. Also my a/c didn’t work in the room. The overnight guest services guy was great though, he gave me a new room without a problem.

The hotel was nice, had friendly staff and it was clean. We didn't like that there were limited dining options close by. We didn't have a car, so we were hoping for close fast food restaurants. If we had a car, there would've been more available.
