Called for shuttle service from airport. No one came. Called again . Took 1 hour for shuttle service to pick us up. We are over 70 and stood in the hot sun for 1 hour. Husband felt sick all night from the heat. . Get to the hotel to find out the pool is closed. We promised our 8 year old twin grandchildren they could swim all afternoon. Nothing near by to walk to. Very shady area. Would not recommend for families. Would not recommended adults to walk around ( oh ! Wait!! There is nowhere to walk too) . Difficult to entertain children in a hotel room with no pool. Very Bad experience!

This hotel is perfect if you are traveling out of the FLL airport. The breakfast was good and the airport shuttle was on time and the driver was delightful.

I loved this hotel! It was clean and quiet. Front desk person was amazing. She was friendly and efficient. Very pleasant personality. The room was extremely clean. Had a nice fragrance. The towels were folded nicely and there were extra. Love that they provide Dove products. Breakfast was amazing! Cheese omlets with sausage. Bread, bagels, muffins and cinnamon rolls. There is also fruit and oatmeal. The pancakes were my favorite. The variety of food options available is wonderful. This is where ill be staying from now on for my future travels!
