Very pleasant place. Room was huge and the balcony had a view of both the ocean to the east and the marina on the west. Only problem was it was a bit hard to find. They need a better sign. Staff were all very helpful.

We loved the room and location. Breakfast was bad especially the coffee. The coffee was barely warm and one breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon and toast with 2 coffees was $34! Stay here, but go somewhere else to eat. We stayed 3 nights and had breakfast on our last day.

This place was the most unfriendly place I have ever stayed at. Very impersonal service and you were left to fend for yourself for the most part.

The location is good for a beachfront property. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. I wasn't too happy about the mandatory valet parking for $25/night but there was no getting out of that.

All was great, gym is a plus and pool is nice and clean. The only regret is that the restaurant located at the property has a very basic continental breakfast. For the price and type of place it has to be enhanced, with fresh pastries, and stop using the cheapest products in the market. That is the only regret regarding food. The other issue has to do with the beach chairs. They should be included with the hotel, and not rented for $18. usd.

We booked this for a quick two nights to attend a funeral. Was close to family and I was looking for something near the beach. Seems like this was a condo building at some point and converted to a hotel. The rooms were renovated but the new tile floors need a good vacuuming and grout cleaning. Right above us someone was cleaning and you could hear everything including the sliding of the broom. Rooms could use a nice warm rug on the floor to quiet things down otherwise your feet are on cold sandy tile. I always wore my shoes. Strong smell of mold in the first room we were given. We were switched to another with no problem but that one had a strong odor of bleach. We slept with the window open to air it out. The property does have direct access to the beach which was very nice. Also another quirk was the parking situation. You have to valet park for $25/day and pay for it upfront at the valet. Why not add it to the room charges?

Some suggestions
The main issue is the collection of biometric data after booking. That can be a deal breaker for many customers and has to be announced before booking. On the facilities side, the bathroom is very small and on top of that the door opens inside the bathroom taking even more space. The property has enough parking spaces but uses a valet service and I find that unnecessary. The private beach is small and it needs daily grooming. The location is excellent, the service was very good and we had a good time despite the inconveniences.
