The staff of MJ and others made my stay enjoyable; MJ was very personable and a delight to talk to about the advantages of staying at Hampton properties. The staff were always friendly and the breakfast bar was varied and plentiful. I truly appreciate the great vibes from everyone.

My stay was ok but expected better. Also we had to be very careful during our stay we found 3 baby roaches in our room in 2 different occasions which was not good. I think we should be compensated somehow

Wouldn’t ever stay here- property is dirty inside, carpets are stained. Room wasn’t properly cleaned- hair strands in the bathroom- not sure if it was a bug or roach in the bathroom. Waited 30 min to check in - only thing good about it- it’s close to the mall . Other than that-this place is NOT somewhere to stay

The woodwork, especially the doors, need to be cleaned. The back of the bathroom door in our room was so dirty. The free breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable. The people at the front desk were nice & helpful, especially the morning person.

I don’t like it that they did away with the shuttle service from the airport and so now we will not stay here ever again because of not having the service when the web site says they have it, so for us it’s another $100.00 round trip from the airport and back ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

I was taken back to find out that the hotel is a no smoking facility. I was charged $10 more through Expedia because I wanted a non-smoking room. The one thing that really troubled me was the odor in the room when I got there. I considered it maybe because it being an and older Hotel. Come to find out I was placed on the floor what animals are housed. That I was upset about because I have allergies and I'm not a pet lover. The hotel should specify to the customer at check-in a preference over a pet or no pet sleeping rooms. I actually got some kind of deodorizer to spray the room. I stayed in the room with the closet door ajar to avoid my clothes being affected. Lastly the desk agent at checkout (5:25a in 11/17/'24) needed an attitude adjustment. Customers deserve more after spending 4 days and 3 nights anywhere.
