The room are outdated and outright dirty. The cleaning stuff does bare minimum. We had 2 rooms reserved. One of the rooms smelled terrible, and according to staff it was because they just did carpet cleaning, and the was the smell of the solution they used. We tried to change that room, and the next one smelled every worse. Luckily, we only stayed 2 nights.

The hotel was extremely nice and I really enjoyed staying here. The one thing I would critique is that it was very easy to hear through the walls and the employees were yelling in the hallways early in the morning. Also the shower heads were a bit low pressure and dirty. Everything else was great!! Loved the warm cookies and kind employees!

It was sold out the night before and we were told that a room wouldn’t be ready until maybe 3pm and we tried asking if we could get something earlier due to having a wedding rehearsal at 4pm to get to. We were told we could downgrade to 2 doubles from a king to get a room faster but that we would lose our king completely. We stayed with the king and we got our room before 2pm. We never received the warm cookies or water during check in. Room was comfortable but could tell it was a little dated with the damage by baseboards and the bathroom. Staff was always friendly and prompt with requests. Was denied a late checkout due to lots of requests already made. Overall, the stay was good and is a decent place to stay when visiting for a few days.
