its an average hotel the breakfast was so so if you were not there very early most of the breakfast was gone also not enough tables or places where you can sit

The sofa bed sheet stunk and had visible pee stains. The staff stated they didn’t have any more sheets to accommodate.

The front desk charges a $5 fee to have a package delivered there, which I did not know when I shipped my beach hat there to take on my cruise with me. They will not release your package unless you pay the $5 fee. So instead of paying $20 for a hat, I ended up paying $25. Also, the hotel is outdated and the rooms had a horrible odor, im guessing from the really old carpet. I wish I would have chosen to stay elsewhere. The best part about the stay was the free shuttle service from the airport, we paid $298 and $360 for 2 rooms, which in my opinion, not worth it.

The property and closeness to cruise port was great. However, we waited almost 2 hours for the free transportation from airport and hotel while all of the other hotel transports came 3 times while we waited. Absolutely not okay!! Our room also was very musty and moldy smelling. If it wasn't for the location to the port, I wouldn't stay here again.

Sofa and pull-out bed disgusting!

The sofa was stained all over and dirty, and the sofa bed had something spilled on the inside frame and crumbs all over, the mattress of the sofa bed had mold and rust colored stains - really disgusting. Not sure the sheets for the sofa bed were clean. As a family of 6 with older teenagers, we require a sofa bed and this repulsed us. The breakfast was horrible. Very loud air conditioner and room smelled very musty. Workers were nice - they agreed to let us have a noon check out since we arrived very late due to delayed flight, but then housekeeping kept knocking on our door and coming in.
