Needs upgrades-

The soundproof in the room I was assigned #407 was not existing. On on our second night there was a fight in a nearby by room at about 4:00am and we couldn’t sleep from that moment on. There is no privacy in the balconies, the dividers are old fashion. The TV is not compatible with Netflix application. It definitely needs upgrading- This platform charged me $14 per night for the use of WiFi, and the Hotel manager told me it should it be free- We paid over $600 for a weekend and we were uncomfortable-

I stayed for 5 nights with no prior knowledge. The hotel allowed me in early (I was from out of country) which was very kind. The pool and the beach were immaculate. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. I would stay again and I can recommend this property without reservation.

The property grounds were nice (pool and beach areas), however, I would say to stay far away from this property until they undergo extensive room renovations. We stayed for two nights, and the first night the air conditioning was broken. While they did bring a fan to help, the temperature was far too hot for a comfortable sleep. Maintenance was helpful, and was able to fix the unit the second day. However, half of our stay was disrupted, and our bill should have been adjusted to reflect that. They only offered to remove one day's resort fee, which was insufficient for the amount we were inconvenienced and uncomfortable. Management was obviously not focused on customer satisfaction or comfort. Beware before booking here!

Great place , convenient on the beach . Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Music was a little loud although live music which was enjoyable , but would stop by 10pm.
