The entire stay was amazing. You needed transportation, the team made sure to bring you a taxi and call you when they arrived. If you want tourist things to do, they arranged many ideas and made sure you enjoyed the many exciting moments.

Comfortable, spacious apartment, well maintained, ideal for a family - fully equipped kitchen and a friendly staff is an additional bonus. Metro station is 15 min walking distance. Nearby few restaurants were there - one particular was open 24 hours providing variety of cuisine. Carrefor - supermarket was 2 min walking distance - also open for 24 hours. Check-in and check-out were very quick and smooth. Cath, Gisselle at the front desk were very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and I would recommend to anyone, particularly if you are travelling with young children - this is an ideal apartment. WiFi worked nicely too. The swimming pool at rooftop was not functional but they provided access to another swimming pool at a nearby Time Property which solved that issue also.

Nice stay

Very polite and helpful receptionist makes easy check-in and out. Overall it was very nice and comfortable and fully equipped apartment. Gym, sauna and free parking are available but swimming pool was under maintenance. Sometimes ventilation in toilets doesn't work probably. I recommend it.

Staff were great and very helpful, i had a delivery from souq and wasn’t around, they paid on my behalf with no issues. The bathtub in the toilet was dirty though, seems to have a permanent yellow stain that looks like tomato sauce in a plastic container. Wifi was very good, tv was quite poor only two channels working. I would still recommend the hotel and will stay there again.
