We were in hotel for 2 nights, it was amazing experience in hotel Stella. Front office staff was so attentive & helpful. Got personal attention from Allen, he is so kind. Outside view was awesome. Food was delicious. Steward jonathan and naseer was so helpful. Elpie and bir was good in cleaning. Overall fantastic experience.

Excellent hotel with great service. Specially Shubhan from room service was really good, the pool boy helper and Mohammed at reception. Also the securiy who helped with luggage. Overall grear experience.

Clean, personal courtesy. Pool opening time mostly in daytime at 39C and closing at sunset exactly when it s cooling and you want to actually chill by the Pool

Decent hotel, but not 5* material. The pool was very disappointing, looked cheap and tacky. Had to spend extra money lounging else where. Not much great options in terms of hotel facilities. Visited headlines bar on level 31…. If you are not Indian there is no point going. Private events and over crowded by men, no a pleasant site for paying hotel members. About a 15 min walk to JBR beach, I would not recommend a taxi in these areas as it’s heavily congested, a 5 mins journey is almost 30 mins. Overall very mediocre, hotel staff are very nice.
