Second visit to the hotel and this time, probably won't visit again, far to busy and noisy and sun bed situation is out of handpatrons paying pool lifeguards to hold beds for 3/4s of the day isn't fair to other patrons. It's just really put us off going again. Other staff and facilties excellent. It's a real shame.

Food was great. Areas sorrounding the property was vacant. Long distant to travel to activities. No iron or wash cloth in rooms. Arrival and diparture needs work. Great location by ites own water front however music and entertainment was lacking.

We recently stayed at the Riu Hotel in Dubai and was pleased with the overall experience. The food was high quality and delicious, and the staff was friendly and professional, making our stay enjoyable. However, there are some areas that could be improved. The bar served a limited selection of pre-made, very sweet cocktails, and there was no poolside food or drink service. Furthermore, outside of restaurant hours, dining options were limited to a small self-service station at the sports bar serving warm burgers and sandwiches, with limited variety. It was also inconvenient that food could not be taken into the room. Despite these limitations, we were pleased with our stay at Riu Hotel Dubai and believe addressing these areas could enhance the guest experience even more.

Overall this is a great property. Few things we didnt really like. 11pm everything outside closes and you cant even sit outside. Only on the balcony where all the smokers are. Well we dont smoke so that was not the best. The mixed drinks were kinda boring. Didnt have good tequilla so had to drink Blanco...Food was good but be ready to try new things if you have never been to middle east or a middle eastern restaurant. We enjoyed most of it. Taxi system was great as they always have a fleet there and waiting. Only issue with that is price doubles around rush hour, but thats not the fault of the hotel. Room was very nice and spacious and very clean. Only issue with room is we wanted a king bed and they gave us 2 beds put together...not very friendly when there with your spouse. We would go back again and visit!

The hotel did not have sufficient entertain an not well coordinated, not enough late night entertainment, outdoor DJ ended around 10:30 even though the crowd wanted more it was music off lights out. Other RIU properties have nightly activities on the property for guest to be well entertained. Overall my stay at RIU Dubai was fabulous, check out was above an beyond

Lovely hotel and beach but nothing there apart from 2 hotels. Building works going on so changed room as was like a building site. Making a bridge over to the palm and a Starbucks etc for people to come to the beach but just in progress. Hotel and food very nice though

The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Reception were always available to address any issues we had promptly. The dining staff were exceptional especially Josephine, who always had a smile on her face and really looked after us. The Spa staff were also fantastic and helped to make our holiday an enjoyably one. Lastly the entertainment staff we exceptional. They worked hard during the day, around the pools, entertaining guests in games and pool activities. Then they were back at night with the evenings entertainment. Becky stood out for us as she was always there morning and night with her happy contagious personality. The splash staff were also very friendly and encouraging to those not as confident. What we did not like was the small selection of drinks at the bar. There was also no bar close to the pool next to the splash, where our son spent most of his time.
