Number of elevator less than the hotel's needs, against the big number of rooms served , specially because hotel staff and workers move guests baggage in same elevator even so they have special service elevator and when I complained the answer was the service elevator is far away!

Very very helpfull and serviceminded staff. Big and nice rooms. Pool area could be bigger and would have been nice if it was possible with sun all day. But again you could just go to Soluna or the beach.

First class all around
The hotel was amazing. The staff were 1st class. We got upgraded to floor 30. Arrived at 10am and they had our room ready . It was my wife’s birthday and they had decorated the room also . Couldn’t find a single fault. When bookin ask for over floor 20 and a marina view ! You won’t be disappointed.

Bad location. It is far from metro station. It take 15 minutes taxi drive. The taxi take extra 10 minutes drive because one way in front of hotel. Hotel picture show it is on the beach. Actually beach is 10minutes drive with additional charge
