A great place to stay with amazing staff everywhere. The food was brilliant and there were lots to do for the whole family. The rooms were nicely sized and cleaned regularly to a high standard. Taxis regularly pick you up from outside the hotel with many of the famous sites around 20/30 minutes drive away. The pool was also amazing with spectacular views and the hotel have their own private beach too. Massage services are also located within the hotel and were great. Thank you!

Great stay at Dukes the Palm, loved it there. Only issue was the lazy river which was shut for two weeks for maintenance which was a huge shame as I really wanted to use with my daughter. Similarly the bathroom did not have a bath and I thought it did which was a bit of a pain for bathing my daughter but the hotel did it provide a portable bath. The food was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

I loved the stay here as it’s in close proximity to everything and my hotel was like the size of an apartment , it was better than I had imagined before getting here. The breakfast was huge and the staff was nice.

The customer service was just top notch 👌. I cannot even begin to explain it. From checking in, getting a massive room upgrade, special gifts being sent to our room everyday, it was the very best experience ever. The great experience team were just on point. Special mention to Melody who welcomed us and checked us in. She was very lovely and made us feel very welcome. The welcome team are always ready to open car doors for you and help you with your luggage even when you are just coming back from some shopping. Breakfast had a wide range of options and came free with the room. The hotel has private access to the beach, an infinity pool and a beach club which was very relaxing. The atmosphere was really great and will definitely come back again.
