Dated, Decent but to be improved.
You could make out that the hotel has been around for a while. The hotel was very busy when we arrived and understandably our room was not ready as we arrived a couple of hours earlier than check in. Unfortunately at registration and when receiving the keys, we were not informed of any facilities or restaurants, where breakfast was etc, it was almost like we had to figure it out ourselves, and the worst part was that you could see other guests being provided all the information needed. The room was big, with a balcony and a good bathroom with a bathtub. I do believe that the hotel needs to match with current times, for example, televisions need to be updated so as guests can connect their own streaming accounts. Unfortunately, on our 1st day there, I hurt my ankle and was unable to walk to the breakfast area. When I asked the hotel if they would be able to help, they mentioned they would be able to provide breakfast to the room, but when i asked what they would provide, they mentioned 'Bread basket'. Nope, not good enough at all. Definitely improvements points could be worked on.

Great stay during our visit to Dubai, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, we were celebrating girlfriend’s birthday and house keeping staff organized a bouquet and decorated our room for her, it was fantastic. Also, the breakfast team, I have to mention Jackie, she always made sure we got our favorite table and looked after us whenever she was on duty, thanks Jackie for your help. Overall every staff was very attentive and we hope to visit again in the near future. Cheers! Lee

Excellent property, right in centre near to restaurants and shops, beach on doorstep, lovely clean facilities. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were all attentive and polite. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice of food. We had executive room which included afternoon tea which was also excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and families

The property is crowded. Go to Breakfast early. The property does warn you of crowds...so be prepared. If you plan on staying near The Walk...it is great! It is convenient to everything. If you plan on going around Dubai or even Abu Dhabi plan for the traffic around The Walk...add at least 20 minutes to get out of the area in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Hotel Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and beach area get crowded. It was a good stay for a family of 4. Room was good and the beds comfortable. Do we really need the mini-bar? It is outdated - and everything can be delivered to you for free from Talabat or Deliveroo. I would rather just have the space in the refrigerator for water.

Absolutely amazing! I was super impressed especially with Tracy at the front desk. The entire team made sure that we were well taken care of and attended to our every need. The room was breathtaking and with the most beautiful view! There were restaurants on property so on days when you did not want to be bothered you could chill at the sports bar or get fancy and hit the fine dining restaurant. Breakfast was TOP TIER and beat out other popular hotels there in Dubai. I will be back!
