The hotel was very clean, with excellent breakfast options. The staff were always friendly, helpful and attentive. During the daytime the area is clean and tidy with excellent access to the beach and local shops. The access to the tram and metro needs a little walk along some narrow pavements. The biggest disappointment is the level of noise in the evening and through the night -- lots of traffic, extremely loud car engines being revved into the early hours, and very loud dance music from the clubs and restaurants over the road. It became so noisy that we needed to play white noise on our phones during the night to help us sleep. Overall the hotel is excellent, location to the beach is excellent, facilities during the daytime are great, but the level of noise in the evening and overnight has put me off from returning.

Lovely stay in a great hotel at Jumeirah Beach area wirh valet parking included. Very well kept property. Lots of amenities and superb staff. Fabulous breakfast buffet with great selection for just about anyone's taste. All the staff were super helpful and nice from check-in to concierge to parking valets and lobby staff. Nice pool area looking out over the beach. Enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Overall we had a great stay, the hotel was very clean and the check in/out process was very quick and efficient. They allowed us to check in early and check out late with no extra fee. The infinity pool and the staff servicing it were fantastic, always making sure we were happy with our sunbeds and trying to move us into ones with sun and vice versa. The pool bar was great and again the staff here were very helpful. Special mention to Hannington at the main entrance who was always greeting us, helping with our bags and to get taxis when we needed them. Staff like this really enhance guests stay and encourage them to return, so thank you Hannington! There were a couple of negatives, the main one being the guy on the tours desk who was extremely unhelpful and showed no interest in trying to help us. He even said that bar a cruise and circus type show, there is nothing to do in Dubai at night... The other negative were the restaurant staff. We called to book dinner at their Plantation restaurant for their normal al acarte menu, however when we got there they told us it was a seafood buffet. There was no mention of this on the phone so we tried to cancelled our reservation, however the lady on the phone never made it. We then made a reservation somewhere else, to then be told their al acarte menu is in an ajoining bar. I feel their communication needs to be improved. That being said we enjoyed our stay a lot. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfy and the location was ideal.
