Stained bed sheets, exsesive noise, wet ceiling with water dripping down on my bed. After being refused to change room twice, Expedia was kind enough to contact on my behalf and make the room change happen, after 3 nights of torture.

Bad smell and noisy. Dirty curtains, towel and linen. Just like motel not a hotel . The only good thing is near in the metro so its easy to access your way to go out =(
