I loved my stay at this hotel. It was perfectly located for visitors. The view from my hotel room was spectacular and picturesque. The staff were friendly and kind and very helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The front desk staff especially “Nick” was amazing, The room service was so fast, no sooner after hanging up were the items requested being delivered. The facilities were terrific, from the pool to the bathrooms and lounging area and wifi, and we got to check out late for free too, 2.5 hours after the check out time. Shuttles were fantastic to get us around too.

Great stay

Great location if you're interested in visiting the mall, or have activities centered around the downtown core--but honestly, any other location will do just fine given that you'll need to travel by car to almost all the places you want to go. No wash cloths, but otherwise the hotel had everything needed. Room cleaning/service could be improved, they had one person working the entire floor of 20-30+ rooms doing all the cleaning, to the point where we had left early in the morning and come back late afternoon and the guy was still hadn't come to our room. Nothing against him, but he definitely should not have been dealing with an entire floor all on his own. While the hotel does provide laundry machines, note that to do one load, it will be 50 AED (one wash cycle, and one drying cycle). Any way you cut it, it's a good hotel. 4/5

Great facilities with weighing scales for suitcases and self service lockers for keeping luggage after checking out. Great customer service. Nice staff. Pleasant to find room upgrade. Only downside was the traffic in the area (but this is because it is in the downtown area so beware of this!)

Amazing First Trip to Dubai

location is fantastic! clean room, bed is very comfy and our view is just amazing! the convenience store is 24 hours and they have some filipino faves which made us sooo happy!

The staff were amazing, super helpful. The rooms were clean and always had a bottle of water, the fridge in the room was in working order. The breakfast was a good selection and TGIF’s downstairs was handy for that late night snack. The little store downstairs also offered a great selection of affordable snacks and little meals. The pool area was always attended to with sparkling or still water on tap. Conveniently located, just a short stroll from Dubai Mall. I would definitely stay here again.
