Excellent location. Lovely and help full staff. Nice room. Very happy with the breakfest and halfboard meals, the variation of halfboard meals could have been more versatile. Sun chair covers could be updated and amount could be increased. Travelling a lot in 4-5 star hotels. I recommend this as very good value for the money.

New hotel, modern, clean and next to metro station

I was welcomed with a glass of juice whilst checking in. I had to wait 30 mins for a room to be cleaned as I arrived earlier than the normal check in time. The fact they got me into a room early was fantastic and full credit goes to the hotel for that. Room was clean, comfy, big tv, large walk in shower, mini bar, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in room and a bowl of fruit upon arrival. All good. The negative points were the staff would say things just to get rid of me eg. I was told my room would have a nice view but it was at the side so looked directly upon the adjacent buildings side. I needed to change my check out date and was told by the guy at reception he would talk to management in the morning and let me know, but in the morning his shift was replaced and I heard nothing. The door man was incapable of having a conversation apart from let me take your bags or do you need a taxi. Another negative was at check in 200 Dirhams cash was taken from me as a security deposit which was refunded when I checked out. Problem is I now have foreign currency to take home with me. The early check in flexibility was the winner for me and because of that, I can overlook all the negatives.
