The staff is never cooperative, the cleanliness is very bad and there are photos among the photos posted to describe the room is not matched, the reception cleanliness is very bad, the cleanliness of the corridors is very bad and the hotel is not suitable for families

The only positive points were location and spacious apartment's, rest terrible starting with a broken main door handle . In shower the only plus point was a good shower but the water was always uncomfortably hot , Linen was dirty with stains , no fridge , no washing machine , very noisy all the time , crowd outside was not where you would walk around with your family . Kitchen door panels broken . So will never go again and would recommend to everyone not to go there at any cost , as cost was okay but then there were too many negatives .

I’m very disappointed in the way I was treated, I had to wash with my hands in a studio apartment that is supposed to have a washer and dryer according to their website. I could not even have anything like plate and spoons. I really felt bad 👎👎👎

Terrible place to stay

Absolutely pathetic place to stay, which should be avoided at all costs. Definitely not for families as it's next to prostitutes club. Very smelly and poorly furnished rooms with alnost none toiletries or other facilities. Really traumatic experience and will never stay here again!
