Our stay at The Heritage Autograph Hotel was absolutely amazing! The service was superb, with attentive staff who made everything seamless. The location is unbeatable—less than a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj. Housekeeping was quick and thorough, and the porters and concierge were so helpful and friendly. The room was a bit dated and could use some upgrading, and the lighting wasn’t the best, so I’d recommend bringing a portable LED light if you need extra brightness. However, it was lovely experience overall. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very well located in a quiet but very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The are is walkable with a small but practical shopping gallery attached to the hotel. There are lot of good diner options, shishas, pubs, clubs - but your are not impacted by them and don't see them if someone doesn't show you the way. It can used for business or for leisure purposes.

Great location to the Dubai Mall . A very easy 5 minute walk. Nice swimming pool, friendly staff, always ready to arrange a taxi for you. Good breakfast. Nice property, can recommend this hotel.

After a little mix-up on my behalf around check in, we had a wonderful stay at Heritage Hotel. Jay Ar, Yogesh, Neatam and ALL the staff were friendly, kind, welcoming and knowledgable. Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are almost on the doorstep. There’s restaurants everywhere, cuisine of every description. I’d love to return during winter for desert safari and more.

Location excellent - 5 to 10mins walk to Dubai Mall (note the route is unsheltered during summer!). Probably the best choice at that price point vs the more luxurious and pricey choices that are closer or interconnected to Dubai Mall. I had sent an email to the hotel about 5 days prior to my checkin enquiring about airport transfer but received no reply hence I removed 1 star (although it is not critical as it is easy to get a taxi from the airport). Buffet breakfast is very mediocore. Dinner at the restaurant was quite delicious. Helpful staff. Overall a pleasant stay.

Walking distance to Souk Al-Bahar and Dubai Mall. Really convenient! There's cafes and starbucks within the property's district. We arrived the hotel at 0530 in the morning and they were able to accommodate to our super early check-in at 0700 which is a big deal to us after a long flight. But sadly, we did not get our celebration cake which was pre-arranged by the reservation team as this was our birthday trip. Nevertheless, we really love the location and ambience of the hotel. Would come back for our next DXB trip.
