Bad smell

I regret for staying in ibis it’s the worst hotel ever, my room was dirty and smelled sooo bad im sure it was mold in the. AC , i spoke to the receptionist but they couldn’t help , and the service was bad , i will not recommend any of my friends to stay here

There was a leak from the sink in the bathroom onto the floor due to a pipe failure. There was a strong and unpleasant smell of paint or cleaning medicine in the room.

Great hotel for the price, staffs were nice and helpful. Located not too far from the Metro Station. My only complain is the laundry is too expensive.

Rooms were very small but very clean and in excellent condition. Staff were friendly and spoke English well. No coffee makers in the rooms - we were told we can call down to order coffee to be delivered at no charge. They rarely delivered at the requested time, but otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

I liked the complimentary water especially. I was kept well hydrated during my stay. The breakfast though, could be better - it was edible but not tasty or flavorful.
