Good room but needs cleaning

Good room the carpet needed cleaning it was very dirty, the first room we were given the bathroom water wasnt draining and the tv and tea kettle wasnt working but i am glad as we complained we were given another room with working amenities.

Very hospitable and cooperative hotell staff. They are willing to provide any assistance within their capabiities. The onlyissue with the hotel may be poor internet.
