Sid and Ahmed were rock stars at the front desk! Quick 10 min walk to the metro station (metro day pass is worth getting) made it easy to get around Dubai.

Woke up to bedbugs crawling all over the bed. Me and my family members staying in the room had bedbug bites. Manager switched the room and only offered food from the hotel as compensation. Given how the hotel was infested with bedbugs, I didn't feel comfortable eating anything from the hotel. I had to cancel my safari trip and my family members birthday lunch so I could move from one room to another room. The staff who came to help move the luggages were unfriendly and were speaking in Hindi about their frustration of helping me move rooms. I let the staff know that I can understand the language and can understand what they are saying. At which point they became more polite. Did not expect a hotel in Dubai to have bedbugs out of all the places I've visited so far. How disappointing.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Nous avons été très satisfaits de la qualité des installations, de la propreté et du service offert par tout le personnel à l’accueil, dans les chambres et à la salle à manger. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié disposer de deux postes de télé en français dans la chambre. Excellente localisation également pour la plupart des visites: à quelques minutes à pied d’une station métro. Le transport depuis l’aéroport se fait très bien en métro (ligne directe, pas de transfert).
