A hotel in my opinion is judged by three things. The entrance (cleanliness, brilliance, and elegance) The floors ( rugs, baseboards, and overall smell) The bathroom cleanliness, modern, cork, and water pressure. The Holiday Inns & Suites of Dubai Festival City has all three.

Great Hotel with Shopping attached.

Beautiful hotel attached to a shopping mall via air conditioned walkway. Staff so efficient and friendly. Breakfast excellent, buffet dinner superb with so much variety to choose from. Rooms comfortable with good quality mattress and bedding. Nice size room and bathroom. Air conditioning cools nicely and is quiet.

Vivek at reception and concierge was exceptionally polite and helpful. He bought our bags to our room at 2am with a cheerful smile after we’d had a very long flight…. He was pleasant!
