It was an amazing experience,the cleaners were very kind especially MD:shofal:H :K who was very very helpful whilst always having a smile on their face. May Allah bless him aswell as the other cleaners. The room service was also spectacular although the hotel food was a bit overpriced. Ammenities at the hotel included a pool and a gym, which my children enjoyed very much and was well maintained. When i first arrived at the hotel, they made me pay a local fee in dubai when i already paid it on hotel.com which i did not know about in advance. Nonetheless nour and the reception were very helpful and i would definitely recommended this hotel! Although food was not included, it is in a very diverse area which has lots of cheap food places near, and is only a 15 minute drive away from dubai mall and the burj khalifa.Thank you hilton garden inn!

Breakfast was chaos and filthy. Food all over the floor, please from different groups sharing tables. Staff didn’t have a clue what was going on.

All other hotels This is Great Hotel and it gives you All the Facilities and options at a much more ..affordable rate for example they have Amazing Swimming Rooftop POOL and GYM They have Free Breakfast the Room has All amenities like TV ,Teamaker, Refrigerator is provided in room . BEST Part was the STAFF was Amazing I would recommend it to All My Friends coming from AMERICA 🇺🇸

UGLY AND TERRIBLE U NEED TO SHUT DOWN IT SMELLS LIKE TOILET WATER EVERYWHERE AND THE ROOM IS LIKE 20 INCHES WIDE. We had to cancel our stay and run out of the hotel but were charged full amount of stay for 5 days of $379.00. Please refund the amount. We will appreciate it. Paris Hilton should come and visit this location and smell it. It Sucks. Thank you.

Great place, wonderful clean room, helpful personal, breakfast has many options for every taste. Unfortunately, the check-in at the reception took a long time (more than 10 minutes and we were alone), we were really tired after a long flight.

Staff at reception were good and welcoming Mr Patrick was exceptional. Breakfast buffet selection was very small and same every day. No outdoor facilites and the pool is very small. Would not recommend as place to relax but would be ok for short business trip

Misleading Ad. - No Airport Shuttle

I feel misled as I had a 12 hour layover at DXB and did not want to sleep at the airport. So I search hotels with Airport Shuttles only to be told by a taxi driver that the Hilton Garden Inn that the hotel does not have an Airport Shuttle, needless to say this was after I booked a non-refundable stay. As a result I ended up with a USD $70 Taxi from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport 8 hours later.
