Close to the airport.. nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast options are bit limited though and I didn’t like the fact that luggage “storage” is out in the open by reception. Didn’t feel safe

No porter services, security guard had to assist. No travel desk being advertised as a man airport hotel, we struggled to obtain an airport taxi as hotel had no way to arrange it. Front desk was also oblivious of how long it would take to get to the Museum of the Future and showed little interest in helping.

If you are prepared to stay away from major shopping malls and areas this may be an option. It has many transport options but expect to walk otherwise taxi and uber is always available to Hotel door. Quality of residence is average as looks are deceiving. Quality of food is poor and overcrowded.

Nice hotel rooms are little smaller then shown One must avoid smoking room as they are horrible with smoke Food could have been better for sure Gym and swimming pool is good Airport pick up please make sure you have all information as they don’t have frequent shuttle Staff is very good Front desk Ekta is nice not everyone is so nice for sure at Front desk for sure Overall good location yes far from Downtown But it’s worth here

The room,food and room service was perfect,but they said about an airport transfer to and from hotel but we literally waited for 3hrs in the airport for their transport to get to hotel but they didn't came and also didn't responded to our calls, Visiting Dubai for the first time and this delay in their service had literally wasted our whole day.
