I never expected such poor quality from a 5-star property. Paint was peeling off the walls, the bathroom lock was broken, and the shower rack was damaged. Additionally, the sofa bed was completely uncomfortable. Despite my complaints, no action was taken. The front desk staff was rude. I would never recommend this property to any of my friends. I thought Expedia showed reliable ratings and genuine feedback, but that wasn't the case. I'm now questioning Expedia's credibility as well in my mind.

It's not worth to stay again there. Called so many times from my room for in-room dining but nobody bothered to pick up the phone. Phone was keep ringing and no answer from there. Also called reception multiple times but no answer.

Everything was good but I had to wait 1hour for my room to be ready when I asked and payed for it to be ready at 9. I paid all the full payments for early check-in, but I had to stay for one hour waiting. Overall, everything was OK! everything is good.
