The 1st thing I found was a roach in the frig....which means that things don't get thoroughly cleaned. Be prepared to bring your own blow dryer as theirs has no power--it literally would not even move a piece of paper. The "drying rack" is nothing more than a cable in the shower---don't expect items to get dry---they are hanging in the bathroom where people are taking showers---duh. Adaptor---be sure to get an electrical adaptor of your own---the list says one is included but it is not. You have to "rent" a garage entry fob---the problem is nobody can agree on how much it is...I was told it was 100 aed and my son was told it was 400 aed---and it has to be in cash---they will not use a credit card or even a debit card.

Its an excellent choice for an apartment hotel if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay. Cleanliness and service are their greatest strength.

The staffs at the Hotel from reception to the domestic are friendly and helpful. The Hotel is well look after and environment quiet. The staffs are always helpful in dealing with our requests.

Stuff went missing from my room, microwave didn’t work, cold water 3 out of 4 times I showered. Lights would randomly stop working and hassled by 1 staff member at front, other ones were good tho. No dryer, Had to wait an extra hour and a half to check into my room wasting my day. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend to anybody els, might as well have stayed in a hostel for 1/3 of the price.

Besides some restaurants and stores being close by my husband and I along with 3 couple friends didn't not have a great stay at Grand heights apartment. Upon booking we had said we wanted non-smoking rooms and on the same floor. We were rest assured that we would have been taken care of when booked. When arrived, some of us got smoking rooms and some of non-smoking all on different floors, we didn't say much as it was quite late and we all needed to be settled in. A day later, our bathroom had a very distinctive smell coming out of it (sewage or mouldy smell). We called room service and they sent someone who sprayed something and said this should help and if it didn't we can call room service again. The next morning, the smell was so bad it was in the actual room. Had to wear a mask to use the washroom. Called room service again and they sent someone else to check. At the end the front desk finally said they will switch our rooms. We were given another room which didn't smell of sewage but smoke. We asked if they had anything else and they showed us a non-smoking room which had the same mould/sewage smell as the first room. We ended up taking the room that smelled like smoke and sprayed our perfumes. Few days later, we got rainfall and our room window started dripping in water. Instead of complaining we took towels from the bathroom and layed them on the window beam. Overall, we were all very disappointed with our 11 day stay and wouldn't recommend coming here to anyone.

The building was nice. Staff was very friendly and the apartment was large and incapable. However, the walls are paper. I could not only hear everyone coming in and out in the corridor (at night), talking, walking, laughing, slapping doors but also heard the Neighbourn having sex very clearly. I only stayed one night and did not sleep more than 2 hours.
