Service and the condition of the rooms is very excellent. My usual concern with most of the hotels in Dubai is Air conditioner not giving enough cold air however this hotel has excellent AC system to the extent I have to reduce or switch off AC some time.. They have all the amenities and dining options, I am very happy and satisfied with his hotel

Our stay was short but amazing. We checked in super late, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They directed us around the area and provided an extra bed for our kids. I would highly recommend this hotel not only for their service and comfort, but also location. It’s a quick 5-10 minutes away from the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa.

The service was impeccable! Every little thing or concern was addressed. It was my daughters birthday during our stay and I had mentioned this to Nyla and her team and they made it feel so special for her by sending a cake to our room and a beautiful hand written card. Mohamed and his team made our dinning experience at My Square even more wonderful by showing genuine hospitality and carrying on with b’day celebrations to surprise my daughter. A big thank you to Lyla & Mohamed, your attention to detail was amazing!!
