Retirement holiday

Hotel was fine everything you need, helpful staff, good 20 min walk to reach the Marina, 10 min walk to Metro stop which was excellent for ease of use and cost - takes you directly to Mall of the Emirates and the Dubia Mall. Wasn't keen on breakfast but a taxi takes you to the Walk where you have an amazing choice of restaurants. Was lovely to stroll round the Marina area and restaurants in the evening.

great time

Had a really good stay here. Location really good. Half board was great. Breakfast was superb. Evening meal was great also but a bit more choice would have been welcome. Pool area was great, sun shone there all day.

Fantastic for stay in Dubai

I was realy surprised with the hotel facilities, great room, great staff as hotel had no reviews before my booking. We had breakfast included, so great food as well. Really fully recomended for all of you looking for really good hotel with good value. What´s more, free Wi-Fi in the all rooms. Few minutes walk to the metro station, 20 minutes walk to the beach, cheap to get there with the taxi. Carrefour supermarket just next door. We were really happy with all this provided . jousy, SLOVAKIA

Three night half board

Newly opened hotel therefore not many guests. Staff pleasant and do their best to be helpful. However, lacking some training e.g. one member of front desk staff gave the wrong information about how half board works. Although the business centre is advertized, it is not up and running yet. Front desk staff very helpful in printing out two one sheet documents. Had to ask for robe. Left it out and it was gone! Not replaced. Had to ask for another. Hung up towels as I am happy to help conserve water. These kept disappearing as well. At least they were replaced. But this is in an hotel where there are signs everywhere asking to help conserve water by reusing towels (and I would assume bathrobes). Dining room staff pleasant. I would suggest that hand should not be offered by staff for shaking - especially a male member of staff to a female guest. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety, mid level quality. Dinner was much better and plentiful: four courses. The tuna salad was made with tinned tuna, but had an interesting selection of well prepared vegetables. The shitake mushroom soup was delicious. Mixed grill well presented and plentiful, good chips. Fish was alright. Puddings enormous: the panna cotta was a bit heavy and dense. Tiramisu distinctly lacking marsala or vin santo, still it was a good pud. The hotel is waiting for its licence, so only soft drinks for the moment. Location seems fine, about 8 minutes walk from the Dubai Marina metro. Takes about 50 minutes to the airport on the red line. Between 15 minutes to 25 minutes to key malls. 40 minutes to Soukh area. The travel desk was helpful and not pushy. The agent ran after me to give additional information. All in all a positive experience, did not feel uncomfortable as a solo older female guest.

Hotel verdient höchsten 3 Sterne! Wasserhähne kaputt, Handtuchstangen abgerissen, Flecken auf Möbel und Teppichen. Tücher wurden jeden Tag entfernt und aber nur teils ersetzt. Nur das Personal war freundlich! Auch wurde das Zimmer oben am mir umgebaut und ich musste nach 1 Tag das Zimmer wechselen.

La chambre était propre mais pas le balcon, les lits étaient très confortable. Le buffet n’était pas très varié et le buffet de plat non plus, et les menus proposés à part ne sont pas diversifiées.
