Al Bandar Rotana – Dubai Creek offers 190 accommodations with minibars and safes. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Pillowtop beds feature premium bedding. Beautiful hotel, great facilities and the breakfast was very good. The staff were excellent and very friendly apart from Ahmed who works on reception and was grumpy and never smiled. Not a good start to the holiday. We were a family of four and the room was small. My wife, my 15 year old son and 10 year old son had to share a bed. I slept in a bed that was brought in. The room should not be advertised for a family of four.

My Son 3rd birthday would be really something we will remember, we had a great time staying at this hotel, the stuff are so polite and very helpful. We had a surprised birthday cake in the room. The breakfast is wide with so many varieties of food. The bar and pool was also great and good atmosphere, it a really nice to bring family.

I had a great stay at Rotana Al Bandar. The hotel staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. On my daughter's birthday, after a long day out, we came back to the hotel and found a beautiful birthday cake in the room from the hotel.That means a lot to us. The hotel is super clean, and the location was very convenient. No complaint.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at! I have come to Dubai often and stayed at a range of hotels but none have really impressed me like this one. It has great service, is clean and also has amazing rooftop views. The pool with the view is breathtaking and the staff are all so welcoming. Recommend everytime!

Al Bandar Rotana is a nice hotel with great staff. The breakfast options were plentiful. Definitely would stay at this hotel again.

the property is moderne and the service was excellent. it’s about 25 mins driving from city centre and 30 walks or 10 mins drive from the gold and spice market. it’s easy to get a taxi from hotel, but the taxis tend to drive you around before taking u to your destination in order to add more to the mileage to make the fare more.

The property is very well maintained and almost all employees are very helpful (though I would argue some employees are more helpful and friendly than others). It is clear that that the hotel is intent on making sure guests have a pleasant experience during their stay. The bathroom showers are designed in a a way that may not be the best for shorter people or people with back problems. I believe the hotel should work to include bathrooms with shorter showers. Also it would've been nice if the hotel included a continental breakfast option.
