NEWLY RENOVATED!
This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast. Be one of the first guests to stay in this beautifully renovated condo completed in late January of 2018. The unit has lovely wood tile throughout and a freshly painted interior. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely renovated with all new cabinets, granite countertops, sinks, faucets, bathtub/showers and hardware. The master bath features a walk in shower with bench and an adjustable shower head. It also boasts one of the few in unit washer and dryers in the building! The second bathroom has a deep bathtub with glass shower doors. Both bedrooms have been updated with ceiling fans. The unit accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, king in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Perfect for families or couples. All furniture and mattresses are new. This unit features flat panel TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Destin's Beach is just steps away!

Unit 403

Everything about this condo was exceptional! It was very clean, updated, and the location was perfect. The staff at the front desk were very polite and professional. We are already planning on booking the same unit next year.
