We booked this hotel last minute for ourselves and young children. It’s clean modern lovely staff and the best hotel breakfast we have had in a long time. We travel all over the world frequently and we would say this is the best breakfast we have had.

Great position but basic
Basic clean hotel, staff unfriendly except reception who were very nice. Excellent position for city experience but very noisy as close proximity to bars, we moved from 2nd to 4th floor because of the noise from outside and because we were near lifts noisy guests as well. Very hot asked for sheets and this was at Christmas, nice food. No fridge or wardrobes just two hooks so lived out of suitcase.

The location of the hotel is central to the bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel its self was lovely, friendly and approachable staff. The room was clean and had what we needed. Only issue is the room was too hot, even with the heating off. But I would still come back and stay.

Great hotel close to the Odyssey
We had a lovely stay, the room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The decor was ok but a little rough around the edges. The shower overflowed, the bathroom fan didn’t work, bed wasnt great and I’d say the Mary needs an upgrade along with the pillows! The window was very stiff and not easy to open. There were lovely products in the bathroom. Food downstairs was average but the whole staff were lovely and very helpful from the moment we arrived.

Lovely, comfortable hotel.
Lovely hotel and lovely, clean, comfortable room. The hotel was very central to Cathedral Quarter where all the action is so very convenient. There were some quite noisy guests though as the hotel was very full with lots of party goers!
