My overall experience was ok, not a hotel that I would stay at again. It was 90 degrees outside, I wanted to enjoy the pool but it wasn’t clean, the bed was not comfortable, there were people in the courtyard being very loud in the wee hours of the morning and nothing was done about it.

Unprofessional employees

During my stay, there was a group of employees (about 5-6) that were gathered outside of my room chitchatting for over an hour. I found it unprofessional and honestly I didn’t feel like I had privacy, cause they were outside my door! I was able to hear their entire conversation and was also able to smell the cigarettes they were smoking outside my door! I am a non-smoker and paid for non-smoking but my room smelled like smoke from people smoking outside of my door. My boyfriend and I had been wanting to stay at this hotel because we thought it would be a great place! I think I will stay at Maria Bonita from now on! I am very disappointed!
