The newly built (2014) Villa is very modern and tastefully furnished. It does not leave any wishes open.
Upon entering you will be greeted by the pleasant atmosphere of Villa Sunset View right away.
The modern and fully equipped gourmet kitchen makes cooking with family or friends particularly enjoyable.
The delicacies can be enjoyed in the sun-drenched dining area or in the breakfast area with views of the pool area, or even better – directly on the very inviting lanai area.
The 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms, each have a private bathroom. Two of them are master suites.
The outdoor area doesn't lack anything either. The entire pool area is paved and part of it is under roof, furnished with comfortable seating such as chairs, lounges and couches. Ceiling fans provide a pleasant breeze on hot days.
The barbecue grill invites to celebrate extended evenings under the beautiful sky of Florida.
Pool and spa invite to cool off or just relax. Both are electrically heatable and can be used on cooler days as well. The pool area as well as the boat dock provide plenty of space to enjoy lounging under the sun of the south and to enjoy the marvelous sun sets. THIS IS FLORIDA – THIS IS VACATION.
Villa SunSet View is situated on a Gulf access canal in a quiet residential area of Cape Coral.
Take advantage of the bicycles to discover Cape Coral with 90 miles of inter-connected bike paths, which make it possible to access wonderful places that are not accessible by car.
