Check in was frustrating! Bit of a language barrier. Overcharge my credit card there for could not use my card for the week til the funds were put back on n the card. Got shocked every time I charged my phone.

I loved the property, however, the A/C in the room didnt work well. We were in two different rooms and the lowest it got in both rooms was 73 degrees. Others on our trip said that their rooms were cold!

Great food, great service, wait staff and bartenders as well as cleaning crew gave friendly, good customer service. Cons: room was HOT despite calling and informing the front desk. Front desk people were the least friendly people we encountered. Even the way they spoke to their peers was condescending. But over all great first stay.

Everyone was very sweet and extremely attentive. The bartenders at the pool bar were top tier. Alex was amazing and manny were our favorites at the swim up bar. The only thing I would have hoped for was a little More authentic Mexican food but we did have a buffet on the beach for one of the days and it was amazing !

I liked the location!! But I’ve noticed that I was treated different for the simple fact I didn’t have all inclusive!! Employees were not attentive even tho I tipped them all the time, when went for breakfast almost felt like a step child!! I will never stay at PA again, didn’t like the treatment I received!!

Water in rooms not warm enough. But room was big and bright or dark if needed. Food was okay. Not a lot of restaurant options on the premises. Some managers seemed a little rude but other staff was great! All inclusive with rooms, taxi rides to and from airport. Wish they would have mentioned to keep ferry tickets when arriving that they were a return trip. Had to pay for those again. Other than her had a great time!
