Snorkeling every day with the turtles and other marine animals was amazing!!! Fun activities daily, evening shows were fun, food choices each day were excellent. Rooms were beyond expectations, staff was very friendly throughout the resort. Transportation was exceptional as well. Looking forward to our next vacation here.

PROS: Property is beautiful, nice location, clean beach, dining options are great (wish the buffet option was available in the evening) and the staff is amazing. CONS: Room furniture, bedding, pillows and resort furniture had staining. Dead bugs in towels. “Plunge Pool” in the room had signs of deterioration, water valve wouldn’t shut water completely, mildewing. The “preferred club” option is Not worth it, gives access to the “preferred “ beach section and lounge, which we did not use, the $200 credits are very restricted and can only be used for spa service ($40 max), wine ($10) or applied to a private romantic dinner (approx dinner cost $395 and only $40 coupon can be used). We were supposed to receive a bottle of preferred alcohol to our room upon arrival, the bottle Never arrived. There were some room issues, missing remote, missing robes, some spotty cleaning , but overall ok. With the “preferred “ rate you have the option to also dine at the seaside grill for breakfast al a carte as well as the buffet. The wait for the dinner restaurants was always on average 45-60 mins, with the exception of 1 night at the steakhouse. Also, did Not like being hassled or pressured into attending presentation(s) with the dangling of free resort credits or free future night stay(s). We found it extremely rude to waste/demand hours of time in a sales pitch after hours of traveling upon entering the hotel during our vacation. We had a good time & would consider returning.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, but the best part of this stay is definitely the very attentive and friendly staff. My boyfriend and I did not meet one unwelcoming or standoffish staff member. Our personal concierge, Billie, went above and beyond for us. Would definitely stay again!!

From the second we arrived, we felt like royalty. The staff is honestly next-level – so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We celebrated our honeymoon with a swim-out room in building 1 and could not have had a better experience. Alondra (our concierge) was exceptional. The room was very clean and views were stunning. The restaurants/meals were fabulous and cocktails were delicious. All staff are extremely kind and welcoming. The pools and service were exceptional. We highly recommend a snorkeling tour with Victor, Manuel, David & Rodrigo. We cannot wait to plan a return visit!

This was our third time in resort.The resort were very nice a specially beach. We stayed in building 7. The room was very cold and the temperature was not adjustable. This issue was for the entire building. The staff worked hard and very friendly. But we were disappointed by quality of the food in restaurants. Our loved Japanese restaurant brought disappointing; the fried sushi were served cold twice and chicken overcooked not eatable. The ginger sauce was our favorite sauce this time made absolutely plane and salted. The French restaurant made our favorite food like escargot and duck foie gras not enjoyable, and lamb ribs was not cooked properly the meat was very raw. And other things made a big deal for us that pianist in restaurants was very bad. He didn’t play enjoyable music, played to loud and the same music every day in French and Italian restaurants. The French restaurant had very bad lighting that we talked a few times. We used our phones light to read a menu. You can tell that is a minor problem but resort can easily work on that make everyone happy.
