Best 4 Star Hotels in Kahala

"The moment we arrived to Sheraton Waikiki, we knew that its going to be special. The staff were nice and we were given complimentary drinks and chocolate. We had to wait 4 hours to get our room ready but the views and outdoor seating made the time flight. The room was spacious and very clean. The ocean view was breathtaking! The toilet with its Japanese bidet was a new lovely experience. The bath tub was a good size. The bed was really comfy and clean. They have 2 type of pillows that you can request from the room service if needed. The pools were so nice and specially the infinity pool. The water temperature was warm and very close to the ocean water. The private ocean is a nice feature too. I highly recommend this hotel A "

"Great stay"

"We had a fantastic time. The property is under renovation and it is pretty old. Our room was not the best and the bathroom condition was not safe for children. We asked to change our room and Robert the manager was so kind and understanding. It made a lot of difference when our room got changed. Kudos to Hyatt and the team for having such a great leaders and managers who can make a great difference."
