Updated and maintained property/rooms. Nice hot water on demand for showering. Filtered water station/beach towels/pool/spa and WiFi are great needed amenities. In a great location for beach/dining/shopping and all staff was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and on point. They had great attitudes. Rooms come equipped with a fridge and an electronic safe. Air conditioning works wonderful! We had a perfect city view with buildings and mountains and could see Waikīkī come to life right underneath us from our balcony.

Very enjoyable but too short (two days only). Will stay there again if there's another opportunity to visit Honolulu again. The staff were very friendly and accommodating & the location of the hotel made it easy for us to walk to some of our favourite restaurants e.g. Duke's. A big thank you to all.

They claim this is a resort in Waikiki… But they do not even have standard amenities like mini fridges or microwaves in the room… The hotel is super loud and almost impossible to get sleep in. Our room was not clean, and we ended up leaving after the first night, even though we had booked seven nights there, during our time in Hawaii! Then we had to fight them for four days to get a refund because they tried to keep our seven day booking even after we left because of how bad the hotel was.

This property is centrally located and offers easy access to transportation, shopping, and eateries. The staff were so polite and helpful. The plus was us being able to store our luggage after checkout since we had a later flight and enjoying our last day!

Property was beautiful & perfect spot in town close to the intentional market walking distance to the beach & shops. Staff was very accommodating & welcomed me & my family when I had to come to Oahu for an emergency when my father got hospitalized. They offer hospitality room for me when I had a red eye & desk was responsive in my needs.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be $35 plus tax per day for parking. If I were to take this trip again I would not rent a car but take a taxi or Uber or some other mode,of transportation.
