Booked a 1 bedroom with kitchenette. Found out that there are only a couple suites that have a full kitchenette. Pictures online were misleading and was extremely disappointed. Power was off for over 24 hours with no compensation. Parking structure was a nightmare. Anything taller than a jeep would be to big. Overall 550$ in resort fees and parking for a 7 day trip. Staff were nice but our stay was not what we expected unfortunately.

We enjoyed our stay at Waikiki Malia. Staff was friendly. Excellent location close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Liked that they gave free water bottles and had a water refill station in the lobby.

The property is one of the nicer places we have stayed at, air conditioning worked, the balcony was a great place to sit anytime of the day or night and watch people go. Fresh bed linens and towels daily, the housekeeping person really took great care of our room. Now what i didnt like about your property is that we sat for over 15 hours without power, no ac during the night made for an uncomfortable night, why dont you have a backup generator to power the entire place? The elevators you have threee of and guests spend a great deal of time trying to get their cars because they three are on one system. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. However we will most likely not be staying at waikiki malia again. I mean we couldve been compted for the power outage time.

Parking entrance was so sketchy and steep. I saw a roach inside our room the day we were checking out. We only stayed one night and I’m glad. The staff were great though. The location is pretty good.
