The hotel was nice, but I feel like it's a bit overpriced for what you get. Parking is $55 per night at the hotel, while you can go to the hotel across the street and get a week's parking pass for $175. The resort fees that they charge daily include a lot of on-resort activities that you can partake in, but I feel like most people go to Hawaii and will not be staying on the report during the day.

I was told in the beginning that I would be charged $350. at resort. Instead I was charged $412.93 We did not use any of the amenities. We ate in one restaurant and it was the worst breakfast. I had eggs, bacon potatoes and toast. That meal alone was $43. My spouse had corned beef hash. The corn beef was large chunks almost impossible to cut and it was served on top of potatoes not hash. The total bill came to over $70. I understand inflation and tourist charges but this was not even close to $70. Never again. That’s for sure. Also, needed to wash some clothes and it was $6.50 per wash. Another waaaaay over priced item. We were on the 19th floor and the music and events down below were EXTREMELY loud. Could even watch tv at the end of our day due to the events downstairs. The resort is beautiful and clean there are only a few things that were way wrong for us.

There was problems with the room I requested and had to check out then check back in 4 hours later on my second day . Tons of hidden fees . Overpriced cabanas that no one rents that were chained off the whole trip . Breakfast cost as much as a new Porsche

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Our stay at the Marriott Resort & Spa was a mix of positives and frustrations. The location is fantastic, and the ocean view from our room was truly a highlight. We opted for an upgraded room at an additional $120 per day, which we were excited about. But however, there are several issues, key badge problem (re-activated multiple times), fridge replaced twice, and balcony sliding door (make loud screeching noises). While the view and location were great, these ongoing problems made our stay less comfortable than we expected, especially given the extra cost for the upgrade. We’re rating a 3 stars.

The location is great! The room we stayed in had two balconies with incredible views of the ocean and the city! The room was cleaned every day! We appreciated that!
