Everything at the hotel was amazing, the service was awesome. We loved Kaulana from Dukes. He was super helpful with recommendations and his drink were the best on island. Only complaint about the property is the elevator system. It was slow and super inefficient. Otherwise, everything else was outstanding.

Unfortunately, we sort of got downgraded it seems and received a smaller room when I asked if there was anything higher up than the fourth floor. Agent did not mention this room would be considerably smaller and closer to main street. We were disappointed but, it ended up being adequate enough.

We really enjoyed the views from our room, it was beautiful. Great dining options! our favourite was Dukes restaurant. Would definitely recommend this resort

Really friendly and helpful staff. Decor in rooms more older Hawaiian … but I liked it. Unfortunately property next door was under repair and that ruined ocean view balcony once they started in the morning.

Good overall, but the club food was not that good, usually runs out. The hotel has a nice beach, friendly staff, nice walkable area and easy for ride shares when needed
