Clean and well located Waikiki hotel
Extremely clean and very comfortable hotel in a good location. Pool deck is lovely, towels are fluffy and linens are very clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom and shower is a good size with nice finishes. The only thing I would suggest is a couple of small tub chairs for seating would be a welcome addition. There is a large desk with an office type rolling chair, we would have preferred having a little sitting area instead.

We loved the location of the property, a short walk to Waikiki Beach and the stores and restaurants, we enjoyed the in-house restaurant - pancakes the size of our plate! The pool area was beautiful, pool clean and warm and the staff are so accommodating and helpful. It is also a very safe place as you need your room key card to enter the elevator. It was 30 minutes from the airport with excellent car service also. We liked it so much we bought a daypass to use on our return date from our cruise in order to have a day relaxing at their beautiful pool prior to boarding our airplane home later at night. We will return!

It’s ok.
The hotel was ok. Definitely could use some upgrades and remodeling. Carpets on hallways are stained and has some smell. There was a dead cockroach on the hallway before I can take a picture the cleaning lady swept it up.Starbucks attendant in the morning was completely late for couple of times, considering we want some coffee before our morning hike. Attendant at the restaurant is quite rude. Not much to do in this hotel. The view is ok. Don’t pay extra for a view, there’s 2-3 hotels in-front of you that blocks your view of the ocean and so the mountains. I don’t intend to stay here again next time.
