Incredible front desk staff!! Their dedication to hospitality is 10 out of 10 in my opinion. We have stayed at the property on average twice a year for the last 10yrs. We love the location, views and staff. It’s our most favorite hotel in all the world!

Am I in Vegas? Or am I in Hawaii? Can’t tell…the noises, to the absurd valet of $52 usd a night, to inconvenient parking around the hotel, or the $400 resort fee that you have to pay…which covers getting some beach chairs and umbrellas ,and a tiny fitness center that isn’t even worth going into…this is truly the city to scam and rip you off… Parking is the absolute worst here..you’re either forced to pay valet or forced to fend for yourself to find parking on your own…never have I onced experienced a hotel that does not accommodate any free parking… The staff was decent, very friendly and accommodating…the noise on the busy strip, is normal…I get it…but the constant sirens, people with motorcycles and cars popping off and excessive revving is every single night. We had one night where sirens were going off every hour and another night where there was a disturbance on our floor and a security guard was knocking on someone’s door for 15 mins and another person knocking on another door for 20 mins a few hours later. The homelessness is crazy, but there’s not much you can do about that. Needless to say, I will never come back here again… I would rent an Airbnb than having to deal with all the BS around this hotel…this was one of the most stressful trips I’ve ever been on.

Amazing stay for my first solo trip! Was greeted with a gift as it was my birthday getaway. The staff was very nice and attentive. I was able to walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach within minutes. Truly enjoyed the availability to public transportation right in front of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when I return with my family.

It was nice to stay there, beautiful view and easy access to the beach from the hotel. Friendly staff members, the only negative thing was the parking being so expansive and no self parking available just valet parking.. I also liked the drinks and food at their Tikis Grill and Bar downstairs. Everything delicious!

This hotel was located directly across the street from the beach which was beautiful . Very convenient. Also located on a strip so there is shopping stores and other restaurants which are very accessible. Parking at this hotel is $55 per day!! So be aware of that fee in which I was not aware of. There is also an additional $200.00 fee at check in which I was not aware of. Check in was not until 4pm and my flight got into town early they were not able to accommodate me with early check in so I had to wander around the island for 5 hours to waste time. When We finally checked into our room the room smelled like stale mold. Definitely outdated. We also had a cockroach in our room. Housekeeping didn’t really clean they just changed the bed sheets and gave new towels.. the sheets were stained. This hotel needs to invest in new carpet and bedding. One thing that was absolutely breathtaking was we had an ocean view! It was the best part of our stay!!! They do have breakfast on the 21st floor but you must reserve a day in advance which they don’t tell you. And then $50 will be charged to your room. Make sure you take advantage of the free rentals of the surfboards and floats and other beach toys and umbrellas and chairs that they offer. Overall I would give this hotel a 7/10 wonderful view and Very Very convenient location!! We were traveling with an infant.
