Prince Waikiki is a great place to stay. The staff are great and the views really make it worthwhile. The windows are floor to ceiling so you get the full experience of Hawaii while you are in your room. We were on the ocean side and could watch (and hear with the window open) everything going on from the comfort of our room.

I booked this hotel specifically because of Expedia's VIP Access and my Silver status, which should have entitled me to certain perks. However, when I arrived and check in at the front desk and show them my Expedia account, they insisted I wasn’t eligible and told me to contact Expedia to clarify—handling the situation with a terrible attitude. This experience has left me so disappointed that I will never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone. I could have chosen a hotel closer to the beach, but instead, this is what I ended up with. Truly ridiculous!

A Great Option
Very nice place to stay - pretty busy but the room was quiet. Hotel was vibrant and energetic. The duo singing/playing at the pool had a great sound. Staff was very friendly though oddly there were more valets than needed but not enough front desk staff so the checkin took a while. Great location. Beautiful views. Recommend an ocean view room for your own private sunset. We had a small problem with the condition of our first room so they kindly moved us and upgraded us. Valets were super fast and friendly. Overall great value for money. Definitely recommend.

I loved the property. It was a beautiful view from the room I choose to stay in. My only grief was the staff could be a little more friendly and helpful. For example, once I left the front desk all I had was my room keys. They didn't say where the elevator was located or food options, vip perks..wifi code. The room was lovely and enjoyed the pool.

Great stay at Prince! Will definitely stay here again as staff was excellent and room was absolutely as advertised. Walking distance to everything in Waikiki but quiet and comfortable outside the crazy hubbub.

The hotel is overrated. The services are mediocre especially at the pool. The servers are impolite and the bathroom at the pool is dirty, tired and disgusting in comparison to the rest of the amenities. Big shout out to Ken at front desk. Pleasant and welcoming.
