The rooms are a little outdated but then again you are almost never there. The hotel is on the beach and the facilities are nice.

The hotel charges an extra $500 dollars stating its resort fees when it was already paid for and when you speak to anyone at the physical location they can’t tell you why there’s extra charges other than resort fees and that’s the way it is even when you explain you already paid those

Thank you Hilton for staffing such amazing staff! This made my trip even better. Every morning I would get greeted with a Aloha and shaka hand gesture. The Hilton Village was very clean.

The property did not supply any in room amenities. We couldn’t get a kettle, microwave or toaster. They wouldn’t even provide wine glasses for the room. It is set up to try to get guests to dine in the restaurants which are ridiculously expensive and overall the food is disappointing. We spent most of our holiday eating from the ABC stores to minimise costs. We were saddened in the lack of Hawaiian culture or effort to demonstrate this. The pools were great for the kids, but the costs of everything really disappointed us and we wouldn’t return in a hurry.
