The Grand York was fabulous. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The concierge service was exceptional, Nigel and Joseph were standouts. Our absolute favorite staff member was Rob, our waiter in the restaurant. He was helpful, friendly, fun, and just had an amazing presence and demeanor. You all need to hang onto him and Nigel.
