York accommodation
The room was expensive, more than we have paid anywhere else ever. It had a kitchen which we did not need. Breakfast was just coffee and croissants! But it was the best we could find when booking, in advance too. I can only think York is always pricey. The private parking was very expensive. It was an experience but not worth £159.00 for one night plus £15 parking for 24 hours. Also recently stayed in Liverpool, Stoke and St Albans all cheaper and we had breakfast.

Great stay well equipped room and kitchenm only downside was no mirror at the dressing table with a plug. Meaning I had to do my hair in the kitchen. Other than that it was a really great hotel and very comfortable. Would definitely consider using in other citiesm

This is a great property for the York area! Nice quiet location right on the river. We had a view of the river from our room and it was lovely. The rooms were clean and cozy. We had a huge room including a kitchenette. The deli they had in the lobby was packed with some nice things. They had a coffee machine in the lobby which you could help yourself to anytime of the day. And in the morning they pastries laid out you could help yourself too. The only downside we had a fire alarm go off three times from 11:30pm to midnight. We spoke to another guest and he said he stays there a lot and it’s a frequent occurrence. So something to keep in mind. But otherwise a great hotel.
