Perfect location and wonderful view of the river from the room. Parking £15 per night but secure and easy. Whole place was extremely clean with one way systems and sanitiser stations.

All measures put in place was excellent a one way system , breakfast time slots very good no waiting for food , plenty of sanitisers around the hotel , overall well done. Steve, kingston upon Hull

Fabulous central location. Hotel cant be faulted-comfy beds and good sized room. Breakfast was fab.

Excellent location, but a little hard to find. The reception staff could have done with being more welcoming and friendly and the parking was expensive

very good hotel

Pros: the breakfast is good rooms r nie and big very clean staff r very pleasent
Cons: nothing
Location: best location in york near to all the bars shops only few mins walk away
rateing on the hotel is only 2 star but it sould be 3+ i have been to some hotel in york 3 star and this on is better
