Beautiful, Davis Islands waterfront home, walking distance to downtown Tampa, Convention Center and Sparkman Wharf. Enjoy Super Bowl weekend in Tampa living in privacy, without the crowds of a hotel, in a 4,000 sq. ft home with 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Enjoy a stunning view of Hillsborough Bay, enjoying cocktails or a meal, sitting on the porch which includes a table for 6, two comfortable chairs and ceiling fans, or lounging by the pool. Great entertainment house for a family or a group, with an outdoor grill and outdoor, 20 ft. portable movie screen.

A large master bedroom/bathroom, with sliding doors leading to a private balcony and a bay view. Large guest room with two, queen size beds and tv. Third guest room with Full bed and bay view. Living room, family room, dining room and modern kitchen with 6 burner Viking stove and Sub-Zero refrigerator. Large laundry room with washer and dryer. Hardwood floors throughout the house. Alarm system.

Centrally located for all Super Bowl and Tampa nightlife activities. 6 miles to Raymond James Stadium, 1 mile to Tampa Convention Center, 1.5 mile to Amalie Arena, 2.7 miles to Julian Lane Park/NFL Experience, 10 miles to Busch Gardens, and 25-30 miles to great beaches in St. Pete/Clearwater.

3 day minimum required. No Smoking allowed. $5,000 deposit required (paid back immediately upon house inspection). We can recommend personal chef and excellent local restaurants.
